SGI Policy (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work)
Bemposta, S.A.’s policy is the pillar of the management system that allows the achievement of Bemposta S.A.’s mission, whose objective is the sole and complete satisfaction of its clients, collaborators and other stakeholders, having the commitment to continuously improve the efficacy of its SGI in the performance of its several components (quality, environment, health and safety at work) and the related procedures.
In order to do this, the company, in a perspective of:

Exceeding the expectations of its clients:
- Determines, accompanies and reviews the annual objectives of the SGI;
- Promotes the optimization of the processes and resources towards improving the productivity and return on investments;
- Develops quantitative and qualitative timelines for the planning and performance of each project and/or construction work;
- Guarantees the human resources and materials necessary and appropriate for the performance of each project and/or construction work;
- Establishes partnerships with suppliers, directed at a mutual development;
- Analyses the clients’ legal requirements, and others that it may eventually subscribe in the scope of its SGI, in order to fully comply with them. -
Minimizing significant risks and ensuring safety conditions:
- Promotes and ensures a safe and healthy work environment, fostering a good relationship in teamwork;
- Develops ways to prevent injuries, wounds and damages to health;
- Encourages, trains and fosters the employees to watch out for their safety and to identify and communicate every situation that is unsafe. -
Minimizing the significant environmental impacts and preventing pollution:
- Engages and trains its workers, promoting good practices of environmental preservation;
- Promotes and strengthens the necessary actions to prevent pollution and to reduce the impacts of negative environmental aspects;
- Promotes the rational use of natural resources and adequate waste management, emphasizing its appreciation.
